Final files will be delivered digitally in agreed formats
Pakodigy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms or client inaction
Pakodigy shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
Issues arising from misuse of delivered audio files
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
Pakodigy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Payment is not completed
Abuse or unlawful activity is detected
