At Pakodigy, we aim to provide seamless and efficient delivery of all audio services. This Digital Delivery Policy outlines how digital products (such as audio files, sound designs, mixes, and final projects) will be delivered to clients.
All final deliverables, including audio files and related project materials, will be delivered digitally through secure online channels. These may include:
File Transfer Services: We will use cloud storage or file-sharing services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or other secure platforms.
Email Delivery: For smaller files, audio files may be delivered via email attachments.
Clients will receive a direct download link or email with the necessary access to their files once the project is complete and payment is confirmed.
The estimated delivery timeline for each project is based on the specific scope and complexity of the audio work requested. We will provide a delivery timeline upon project initiation. Factors that may influence the delivery time include:
Project complexity (e.g., sound design vs. full audio production)
Client feedback and revision requests
External delays (e.g., technical issues, third-party service interruptions)
We strive to deliver all files on or before the estimated delivery date. However, in cases of unavoidable delays, we will inform the client promptly and provide updated timelines.
Audio files will be delivered in the formats agreed upon at the time of the project agreement. Common formats include:
WAV (for high-quality, uncompressed audio)
MP3 (for compressed, easy-to-use audio)
AIFF, FLAC, or other formats as requested
If you require a different file format, please inform us prior to the start of the project so we can accommodate your needs.
Upon delivery of the audio files, the client is responsible for confirming receipt and reviewing the materials. If any issues or concerns arise with the files, clients should notify Pakodigy within 7 days of delivery.
After this period, we may consider the project completed and consider any additional requests as separate work requiring a new agreement.
Clients must ensure they have the necessary software and technical means to download, access, and use the digital files. Pakodigy is not responsible for issues related to the client’s equipment, internet connection, or software compatibility.
All deliverables are digital products only. There will be no physical products (e.g., CDs, vinyls) shipped as part of the services. Files will be delivered electronically.
Once delivered, clients are encouraged to download and back up their files immediately. Pakodigy will not be responsible for the loss or damage of files after they have been delivered to the client.
Files will be stored securely on our cloud storage for a limited period (usually 30 days) following delivery, after which they may be deleted to free up space.
Clients may request re-delivery of files within 30 days of the initial delivery, after which a fee may be charged for file retrieval, depending on availability.
In rare cases, digital delivery may be delayed due to:
Technical issues with file transfer services or servers
Payment processing delays
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages)
In such cases, Pakodigy will notify the client of the delay and provide a new delivery date.
Upon completion and payment, the client will own the rights to the final audio work, subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Pakodigy retains the right to use the audio work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
If clients encounter any issues with the delivered audio files (e.g., problems with downloads or file playback), Pakodigy will provide technical support for a limited time after the files have been delivered. We encourage clients to review the delivered files immediately upon receipt.
Pakodigy reserves the right to update this Digital Delivery Policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.
