All services provided by Pakodigy are custom digital services, including but not limited to:
Sound design
Audio editing
Mixing and mastering
Immersive audio production
Because these services involve time, creative effort, and customized work, refunds are limited once work has begun.
A refund may be considered under the following conditions:
The request is made before any work has started
A technical payment error occurred (duplicate charge, incorrect amount)
Pakodigy is unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
Refunds will not be issued if:
Work has already started or been completed
Files or previews have been delivered
The client changes their mind after approving the project scope
Delays are caused by missing information or feedback from the client
If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery, we encourage you to request revisions, as outlined in your service agreement. Our goal is to ensure the final audio meets your expectations.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method via Stripe.

Stripe processing fees are non-refundable
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
