We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. Content on this Site may not be copied, republished, or distributed without our prior written permission, except for brief excerpts used with clear attribution and a link back to the original source.
2. Reporting Infringing Content on Our Site
If you believe content on pakodigy.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to us at contact@pakodigy.com. To be effective, your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on the Site (e.g., the specific URL);
- Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified content in accordance with the DMCA.
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed or disabled in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter- notice to us including your name and contact details, identification of the removed content and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Pakodigy may be found).
4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access for any user or client found to be a repeat infringer of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
